In principle, you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Your statutory cooling-off period
In principle, the cooling-off period runs up to and including 14 days after the day on which you receive the product. Within this period, clearly indicate that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.
Return
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days. The direct costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The final return address will be provided in the return confirmation.
Sealed products
A sealed product that is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal after the seal has been broken. Therefore, check the packaging before opening.
Refund
Following a valid cancellation, the amount due will be refunded within the statutory period via the same payment method. The refund may be delayed until the product has been received or you provide proof that it has been returned.

On top of your right of withdrawal, you can ask for a refund within 60 days of delivery if Arvyon is not for you. The conditions are in Section 10 of our General Terms and Conditions.
Cancel online purchase
Email support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com with your order number and the email address you ordered with. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the annex to our General Terms and Conditions.
