Terms of Sale and Website Use
This website is run by ActiveHealth Ltd, and ActiveHealth Ltd is the company that sells you every product listed on it. Arvyon is one of our brands.

Our registered office does not handle parcels – returns sent there cannot be processed. Section 10 explains how to obtain the correct return address.
Placing an order means you agree to the terms set out below, so please take a moment to read them first.
1. What these Terms cover
1.1 These Terms of Sale and Website Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between you, as a consumer, and ActiveHealth Ltd ("ActiveHealth", "we", "our") whenever you browse https://getarvyon.com (the "Site") or buy something from it.
1.2 Throughout these Terms, "Products" means the Arvyon food supplements and related goods sold on the Site, and "you" means the person using the Site or placing an order.
1.3 There is no intermediary between us. ActiveHealth is the party you contract with, and ActiveHealth answers for the Products themselves, for their labelling and regulatory compliance, and for everything around the sale – taking payment, shipping, handling cancellations and looking after you afterwards.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the Terms displayed on the Site when that order was placed.
1.5 Terms of your own only become part of our agreement if we have accepted them in writing beforehand.
2. Rules for using the Site
2.1 You must be at least 18 to order from us.
2.2 Please use the Site responsibly: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or compromise its security, no uploading of malicious code, and no posting of content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes anyone's rights.
2.3 Orders are processed on the basis of the details you enter. Check that your name, contact details, delivery address and payment information are correct and current. Where a mistake on your part creates extra cost – a failed delivery that has to be resent, for instance – we may pass that cost on to you.
2.4 If we offer customer accounts or a review feature, you are responsible for keeping your credentials private. We reserve the right to take down content that breaks these Terms or the law, and to suspend access where the Site is misused.
3. Health information – please read
3.1 Our Products are food supplements. They complement a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; they do not replace them, and they are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
3.2 Anything you read on the Site is general information, not personal medical or nutritional advice, and it is no substitute for speaking with a doctor or pharmacist.
3.3 We recommend checking with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement. This matters especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or allergy, or take medication. Stick to the daily intake printed on the pack and never exceed it, and store the Products where young children cannot reach them.
3.4 Everyone responds differently. How a Product works for you will depend on your diet, lifestyle and individual circumstances, and the customer stories shown on the Site are personal accounts rather than a guarantee of results.
3.5 The label is the authoritative source of information. If anything on the Site conflicts with the label, follow the label and tell us so we can correct the Site.
3.6 Should you notice an unwanted reaction, stop taking the Product, see a doctor if you are concerned, and let us know using the details in Section 17.
3.7 Where the Site links to other websites, those links are offered for convenience only; we have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what they contain.
4. Prices and product details
4.1 Prices are quoted in euros (or in the currency shown at checkout) and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are itemised separately before you confirm the order.
4.2 If your delivery address lies outside the EU customs territory, local import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival; these are your responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise.
4.3 We do our best to describe and price the Products accurately. Where a listing contains an obvious mistake – most typically a price that is plainly wrong – we may cancel the order before it ships and will refund you straight away. Any price change we make applies to new orders only; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
4.4 Products are sold subject to availability. If something you have ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you promptly and refund whatever you have paid.
5. How a contract comes about
5.1 Showing a Product on the Site is an invitation for you to make an offer; it is not an offer by us.
5.2 You can review and amend everything in your basket before ordering. Clicking "PAY NOW" submits a binding offer to buy. Immediately before that click we display the Product and the full price with VAT and delivery.
5.3 We send an automatic email to confirm that your order has reached us. That email acknowledges receipt only; it does not accept your offer.
5.4 Your offer is accepted, and the contract concluded, at the earlier of (a) our emailing you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched, and (b) actual delivery. For card, instant bank transfer and similar payment methods, the contract is concluded when the payment goes through.
5.5 We may decline or cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse, if you are asking us to deliver somewhere we do not ship, or if the quantity requested is unusually high. Anything you have paid will be refunded.
5.6 We keep a record of every contract and email you a copy alongside these Terms. Our contract language is English.
6. Paying for your order
6.1 The payment methods on offer are listed at checkout. By providing payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use that method and you authorise ActiveHealth and its payment service provider to collect the full amount of the order.
6.2 Card and account details are handled by regulated payment service providers; we never hold complete card numbers ourselves.
6.3 If a payment does not go through – say the card has expired or there are insufficient funds – we will let you know by email and may attempt the same payment method again within the following 14 days. We will never switch to a different payment method than the one you gave us for that order. If the payment cannot be collected, we may cancel the order.
6.4 Charges show on your bank or card statement as "Arvyon", followed by our contact number, so that you can recognise them.
7. One-time purchases
7.1 Every Arvyon order is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription: each order is charged once and no automatic charges follow.
7.2 If you want more, simply place a new order. Each order is a separate contract to which these Terms apply.
8. Shipping
8.1 We ship to the countries offered at checkout, across the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the Nordic countries. We usually hand orders to the carrier within 1–3 working days and delivery then typically takes 2–7 working days depending on where you are. Treat these as estimates; we do not guarantee a delivery date.
8.2 A shipping email with tracking details is sent as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
8.3 Responsibility for the goods passes to you at the moment they are delivered to you.
8.4 If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com within 7 days, ideally with photos, and we will send a replacement at no charge or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under Section 11.
8.5 Where a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was never collected, we will refund the goods less the return shipping we actually paid – unless you would prefer us to send it out again.
9. Your right to change your mind
Withdrawal information for consumers
Your right. You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to give a reason. The 14-day period runs from the day on which you, or someone you have nominated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To withdraw, tell us – ActiveHealth Ltd, Nikou Pattichi 26, 3071 Limassol, Cyprus, email support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com – in a clear statement, for example by letter or email, that you have decided to withdraw from the contract. The model withdrawal form annexed to these Terms may be used for this purpose, but you are not obliged to use it. Sending your statement before the 14-day period ends is enough to keep within the deadline.
What happens next. We will refund every payment we have received from you, including delivery charges (except any extra cost arising because you chose a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we learn of your withdrawal. The refund goes back to the payment method you originally used unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged anything for the refund. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or until you have shown us proof of posting them, whichever comes first.
Please return the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing; posting them within those 14 days is sufficient. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours to bear. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
When the right does not apply. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons lose the right of withdrawal once the seal is broken after delivery. In practice this means a pack of supplements that has been opened cannot be withdrawn, while unopened packs can.
Model withdrawal form – reproduced in the Annex at the end of these Terms.
10. Our 60-day money-back guarantee
10.1 On top of the statutory 14-day right in Section 9, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee: if Arvyon is not for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price of your order. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and never in place of, your legal rights.
10.2 To use it, email support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com quoting your order number. We will reply with a return reference and, where a return is needed, the correct return address for your country.
10.3 [To be confirmed: whether opened bottles are covered and whether the bottles must be returned.]
10.4 We refund your original payment method within 14 days of confirming your request. The cost of any return postage and the original delivery charge are not refunded under this voluntary guarantee.
11. Faulty Products
11.1 Your statutory warranty rights apply in full. If a Product is defective, you can require a replacement, and if that does not resolve the matter, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
11.2 To report a fault, email support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. Return costs for warranty claims are borne by us.
11.3 Our 60-day guarantee (Section 10) and your right of withdrawal (Section 9) operate independently of, and in addition to, the statutory warranty.
12. Our liability
12.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury, for loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for deliberately concealed defects, under any guarantee we have expressly given, or under applicable product liability legislation.
12.2 Where we breach an essential contractual obligation – one whose performance the contract depends on and which you are entitled to rely on – through slight negligence, our liability is capped at the loss that was foreseeable and typical for a contract of this kind. Beyond that, we are not liable for slight negligence, so far as the law allows.
12.3 We make no promise that the Site will be permanently available or free from errors or interruptions.
13. Your personal data
Personal data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the national data protection laws that apply. Our Privacy Policy on this website explains what we collect, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
14. Trademarks and content
14.1 The Arvyon name and logo, together with all text, imagery, graphics, video and software on the Site, belong to ActiveHealth Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
14.2 Browsing the Site gives you no right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of that content without our prior written permission.
14.3 Any third-party marks mentioned on the Site remain the property of their owners.
15. Law and disputes
15.1 The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies to these Terms, with the UN Sales Convention (CISG) excluded. As a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rules in the country where you normally live; this choice of law does not take those away.
15.2 If you wish to sue us, you may do so either in the courts of your own country of residence or in Cyprus. We will only ever bring a claim against a consumer in the courts of that consumer's country of residence.
15.3 We are not obliged to, and do not, participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body. If you have a complaint, we would much rather sort it out with you directly – please write to support-arvyon@vantiqnutrition.com.
16. Other provisions
16.1 If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
16.2 Choosing not to enforce a right on one occasion does not mean we give that right up for the future.
16.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure, industrial action, government measures or failures in transport, internet or payment infrastructure. We will tell you as soon as we can, and if the delay is significant you remain entitled to cancel the contract.
16.4 ActiveHealth may assign this contract to another company in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, provided your rights under it are not reduced.
